All the people we dealt with have been efficient, but most of all Rita, our guide in Moscow. She was absolutely fantastic - giving us an excellent guided tour around Moscow and its Metro. This really helped set us up and we became quite confident in our use of the metro system. This made life a lot easier and so we were able to see much more and make the most of our limited time. She also gave us so much information, history and knowledge. We both just wanted to say 'thank you'.
