| Prices | Prices apply per vehicle. |
| Luggage | Only 1 piece of luggage is permitted per person with maximum occupancy. Please advise if you have excess luggage and require an alternative vehicle. |
| Guide service | If you would like an English speaking guide to assist with arrival or departures, please add USD 40 each way. |
| Arrival transfers | The driver will meet you in the arrivals hall (flights) or at the head of the train (rail) with a sign showing your name (or the lead name of your booking if more than one person). |
| Departure transfers | The local office will make contact with you to arrange the departure time, either at the hotel or through your arrivals driver. |
| Important | The driver will wait for two hours maximum after the scheduled arrival time of the aircraft. If your flight is early you must wait for the driver, or a 100% cancellation fee will apply. |
| Non refundable | If cancelled less than 1 working day prior to arrival. In the event of delayed or cancelled flights or early arrival. |
| Supplement | A supplement of USD 20 each applies for transfers and guides between 23.00 - 07.00 hours and on Russian Public Holidays. |
| Terms | Transfers can only be provided in conjunction with accommodation booked with us. |
